My 2 colleagues and I completed first aid training with Paul, and he was amazing from start to finish. He made us all feel so comfortable, and it was a very relaxed environment, but with all the knowledge we needed to complete the course. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future.

Took time with each learner was full of information made the class feel calm and relaxed as well as getting the information across what was required friendly and approachable. I completed my Personal Licence with North East Training Academy on Saturday. The trainer, Paul, was lovely, made everyone feel relaxed and answered any questions we had. The venue was great too. I would 100% recommend them for any future courses. They cover a range of different courses too. Thanks so much.
